Why subscribe?
Your support helps us keep the site free and brings some valuable benefits, while also supporting us to have more time to improve the product. After subscribing, your generated results will not have a watermark, you will get a larger wardrobe space and more credits, and your page will not have ads.
Can I upgrade or cancel?
We support upgrading or canceling the subscription at any time, but we do not support immediate downgrade. If you upgrade from the free version to the professional version, the credits brought by the upgrade will be immediately credited to your account after your payment is completed. If you need to downgrade from the max version to the professional version, please subscribe to a new package, and the new package will take effect after the expiration of the existing package.
Can I get a refund?
In general, we do not support refunds. For cases of credit card fraud, you can send an email to support@vooka.app to explain the situation, and we will do our best to help you.
Will the package price increase?
It is likely! We will try our best to keep our package prices affordable, but we will also add more features, which will cost more.
Do I have to subscribe to use Vooka?
No! You can continue to use the free features of Vooka, including virtual try-on, model selection, clothing upload, etc. We will provide 10 credits to free users each month, if you need more credits, you can subscribe to our package.
